Caroselle Parm Crisps

These browny crisps made from caroselle artisanal cheese is so simple and fun to make.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups and 2 tablespoons of flour
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoon of baking powder
- 7 tablespoons of butter
- 2 finely chopped scallions
- 12 tablespoons of caroselle’s artisanal parmesan grated
- 3/4 cup of buttermilk
Steps:
- Dice the butter and mix it with the flour. Add some scallions, cheese and mix lightly
- Gather the dough into a ball and roll out to thin sheets
- Place the sheets in a buttered baking tray and scatter some salt and toppings. Bake it to brown and crispy layers
- Enjoy it with wine, beer, antipasto platters, soups or snacks
