Parm Crisps

These browny crisps made from caroselle artisanal cheese is so simple and fun to make. 


  • 2 cups and 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 7 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 finely chopped scallions
  • 12 tablespoons of caroselle’s artisanal parmesan grated
  • 3/4 cup of buttermilk


  1. Dice the butter and mix it with the flour. Add some scallions, cheese and mix lightly
  2. Gather the dough into a ball and roll out to thin sheets
  3. Place the sheets in a buttered baking tray and scatter some salt and toppings. Bake it to brown and crispy layers
  4. Enjoy it with wine, beer, antipasto platters, soups or snacks
