Pan-India delivery is available for major cities. To clarify specific locations, submit the enquiry form with your city and pincode. Estimated delivery time is 3-4 days, with next-day delivery in Tamil Nadu. Orders placed on Thursday or Friday are dispatched on the following Monday.
Orders for 1kg or more can be placed online. For customized orders or quantities less than 1kg, submit an enquiry to receive assistance from the team.
Payments can be made via Gpay, Visa, and MasterCard. If there are issues with online payments, contact the team through an enquiry form for troubleshooting assistance.
Operational hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
Refunds are available only for damaged products or food spoilage. You can choose between a refund or an exchange at no additional cost if the product is opened or spoiled.
A minimum order of 1kg is recommended, with extra shipping fees for orders below that amount.

Store cheese between 8-13°C in the fridge (not freezer). Once opened, remove the vacuum seal and store the cheese in an airtight container separate from other food items.
