Camembert is one of the top artisanal cheese made by Caroselle. It has a unique mushroom note with a subtle braised cabbage undertone. As with most cheeses, the flavour becomes more intense as the cheese ripens. Camembert can be easily spread on a baguette, cracker, breads or it can be eaten straight from your cheese board with apple slices and honey. Camembert pairs well with a glass of light red wine.
